Connection error?

Whenever I try to go on game it always says it lost connection, or It cant connect.
Is this a ban or something???

No, if it was a ban whenever you'd go to the site the screen would be black and in little white letters it would say something like "You have been banned, have a nice day!"
Try using the nintendo method with your ethernet port in your modem/whatever you use, same with your pc. Make sure your silverlight is up to date as well. I could just be the servor- not having any problems myself- so try and use the downloadable app (it takes maybe 5 secs to install if you have a good computer, no biggie).

No, you are not banned, I checked. Also, there is a specific message that shows up when you are banned, not a generic "connection lost."

Its probably a connection problem, or silverlight issue, try running it as a standalone not in the browser?

Nevermind, the server went down for a little while.

they try to fix this bug on the world map with 0 units... just have some patience

I kept getting error/unit? no longer there(!) & waiting for web page at 7/7.
tried reloading at least 7 times.
went offline & reconnected at least 3 times.
went into insect element unblocked screen all cleared got access for about 2 seconds & kicked message appeared !
went into profile game message = surrendered !
this is not the 1st time the error message/waiting for web page has appeared.
can someone explain y & how to deal with it ?
