It's been several times that players have taken my capitals while we are allies. If you are not even able to resolve this glitch after months please know that I will be canceling my subscription.

You have to leave one unit in your capital or it is able to be ally capped. to prevent ally capping leave a single militia in your cities. it is a game feature that allows you to give and take lands from your allies but also can be exploited to occupy empty lands by your allies

yes what phobos said, it is a function of the game. You are supposed to be able to let your allies take your land in case you have to leave, or in order to optimize the land distribution between your allies. If your ally betrays you and ally caps without your permission, and if you're worried about that, then you must keep 1 unit in each city

Ally-capping (what this person did to you) is often meant to hold an allies' city for them for a turn or 2 or to take over land when the allied player needs to leave the game. People often debate when one should and shouldn't do it but it is often condemned by everyone if you use ally-capping to intentionally troll a player
