Because Macedonia and Bulgaria have decline to impose sanctions on Russia like the rest of the NATO , Serbia is considered to be a Russian ally and im not sure about Montenegro and Croatia but they probably too have failed on meeting NATO's "standards" ...

1. Like in USA? Instead multiparty system, to install two-party politics? Yes, very competitive free elections democracy. Not to mention they use electronic devices to vote and not paper ballots which is visible and tangible. Makes you wonder if someone digitally change the number of votes in the process. 2. All ex-USSR and Eastern European countries are democracies with free elections. How is color revolution going to give them free elections if they already have that? It is clearly Color Revolution is doing the opposite - reducing freedoms.

I;m not here to debate because life is about to hit me in 20 minutes when I have to leave but just for the record, America is a multi party system, but our political culture causes a two party system (this goes back to the founding of the constitution between the federalist and anti-federalist involving into the federalist party and democratic-republicans and onward to today). As for voting, electronic voting is not widespread, when I fill out a ballot, it is on paper and is digitally transferred over to the state capital to be counted. Everyone is given a card with a number on it that they can later go online to see if their vote was counted. If it was not, you are capable of going to court over it.

I know all that; but definitely electronical/digital voting is a fraud. No one can persuade me they don't change the number on the screen during the process and result phase. You can't change that with the paper votes, because there is a guy counting paper votes surrounded by electoral commission members, foreign observers AND cameras. Who oversee the computers? The only problem we have with paper ballots, atleast in Russia because we are insane inbreds, is that political parties go and buy ballots from the private companies which produce them for the government(political elections), then fill them voting for themselves and then somehow sneak in and place with the rest original valid ballots, so one time we ended up with 140% people voting.
