Although it says in the United Nations that no Sovereign Country is able to take control or take resources from Space.

Do you think it will happen anyway in the future?

Will Mars declare independence, would countries slowly drag others into mining space, how will the UN react? Will countries make their own "Pacts" in regards to space mining/control/discovery or discussion?

The Expanse series and Killzone games are perfect examples of what will most likely happen. Certain organizations will foot the bill for colonization and then there'll be a disagreement between probably some economic reason and it'll cause a war which will end with the independence of said planets.

Ofcourse it would, but not in our lifetimes.
A week ago, 20th july 2021, a record was broken with 16 people in space at the same time. The farthest man has traveled in space was 400k km in 1970.
The closest a planet comes to earth is venus with 38 million km. Mars is like 55 million km, colonizing planets wont happen in our lifetime, neither in like 10 generations after us.
