Atwar In India (what we can do to grow at war in INDIA)

Hey guys!

As we know At-war needs new players, and the best region to attract new players is from India. As an Indian myself i can say most Indians are interested in war and history and most of them are very much hyper nationalists and love their country. Therefore Indians are the best audience to attract new players for At-War.

I was contacted by our dear Supporter Abraham, who has taken initiative to grow at-war in India.

He has enlisted help of indian players like me, to create advertising content in indian native languages, like malayalam and hindi.

At-war has great potential in India, i would love to just remind you, that however the small our target population be, India with 1 billion people will still have millions of whom are interested in strategy games like At-war.

Therefore its upto us identifying the right area or target to advertise and canvass players for At-war.

As I know from Abraham, Dave will advertise in facebook. and other spaces and likewise we also can do our part by advertising in various other social media sites such as Quora where there lot of like minded Indians who are interested in war and history.

And we specially Indian players right now can do our bit by using our own accounts in various social media sites, and share about this wonderful game in our own social circles.

I would love to know what you all think about this. And would also require your support.

Well as the prev comments I cant give so detailed advice. But as you mentioned advertisement, forum in hindi, tutorial for sure and then maps related to Hindi wars or its history might be considered.

Maybe creating advertisement to spread by whatsapp or in some other media as well. In order to create you should fix first of of which public and the age range you wanna spread to.

At any case good luck and let me know if i can support somehow

Great Initiative Alpha! As an Indian myself, I can say that there is a rather large market of players out here in India who would love to dive into the game (Even if the academics pressure is a bit much :p ). I'll do what I can to spread the word out. If anyone needs help in translations for advertisements I would be happy to help

Yes sure I would love to help in any way I can. I have been at-war for the past 4 years and love this game and community so much. I want to help in any way possible which help in At-war's growth.

Add special unit "Gandhi's nuke"
0 attack 0 def, removes itself from a game after 1 use.

Effect: After you nuke a player with it, the player that gets nuked will not be able to attack anything for 1 turn, including neutrals.

P.S. Only obtainable in India, higher chance of randomly spawning in India if you're playing as India.

Dunno, if i was Indian i would love to play a game where i could drop a nuke that has a picture of Gandhi on it and say: "Pacifism, bitch".

i do the same for the arabic language and arabs, i love seeing us all come together as a community to help the game grow and improve.

but there's still the issue of a less than welcoming *cough* racist *cough* community, atwar's community needs to be a lot more welcoming and civilised, if it stays toxic it will drive people away and render all our efforts worthless

i have seen, and it has happened to me, people get muted, sometimes even banned, but it's still such a prevalent issue in the game, something needs to be done about it.
