To understand the gravity, Armenia had 900,000 people in that time. Turks killed 50-55% of all Armenians, and 90% of Armenians in Turkey.

Armenians are a small nation, people that didn't deserve such treatment, and yet, they didn't get the justice after 100 years later. Turks wiped 90% of armenians in Turkey(parts which was inhabited by Armenia for millenia) Instead, 100 years later, Turkey is oppressing another group of people: Kurds

For the last 40 years, Turkey is killing Kurds, it executed 20,000 Kurds, destroyed 4000 villages, and displaced 3 million people.

For comparison, Germany killed 6 million Jews, 2 million Poles and 26 million Soviets, but they were judged for that and changed. Today Germany is nothing like WW2 Germany, its even allied to Israel and exchange military technology. It restored friendly relations with Russia, paid for reconstruction of museums and historic sites, and is in the same union with Poland, investing and working together.
This also mean for Croatia, they killed 500,000 Serbs and Jews in WW2, and today there are mixed groups of deniers and historic revisionists. They can't move forward until they accept their crimes, there can't be friendship with the victim until the criminal is judged.

Same applies to Turkey, they commited a crime and because they are not judged, they are now perpetrating another one - on Kurds. If Kurds are gone (God forbid), who is next on turkish crosshair?

Relocation had to be done because of Armenian collabration with strong enemies of Ottoman Empire. People died because of it. It was not planned as a genocide and not executed as a genocide. And it's not something like a building brick for the Turkish Republic, and also Enver Pasha (acting leader of the relocation process) was banned from entering Turkey by Ataturk.

I don't have any personal hate to you but this topic is entirely bullshit. I won't win anything by proving your arguments wrong but I just want to say that I'd not let any person with Turkish Nationality be judged like this.

And tell me, even if they accept these things as a "genocide", what will you gain? What justice? Will it bring dead people back? If that's the deal, life would be so easy by bringing those people back https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khojaly_massacre and bring "justice" to many other "unrightful" shit by mass producing bullshit.

Let's talk about this with a cool head:

- Genocide: gene-cide, Turks targeted specific gene - Armenian
- Lets say Turkish intent was not to genocde, but to ethnically cleanse - it still ended with 1 million death, who is guilty for that?
- You say you won't win by posting arguments, but what's there to win?
- You say accepting this won't bring justice, dead can't be revived, that's true, but does that mean we should let it go? Do the Jews let go of the Holocaust? If you don't protect your dead, who will? Do you know what God said when he asked Cain about Abel: i hear your brother's blood cry from the earth!
- Please don't mix genocide of millions with massacres of the hundreds, both are crimes but not in the same category, their magnitude beg the difference

- But this is another topic, the one where Armenia is also victim. It's not enough for Azerbaijan to be 3 times the size, and having Nakhichevan, but they had to ethnically cleanse the Armenians. Armenia manage to defend Armenian-populated Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan complain, then 20 years later they blitzkrieg it and post on the internet juvenile insults how they owned Armenians.
This is the problem i have. Small country using a great power to win a war, and then prolonging the hate, so there can't be peace for centuries. It's like they don't understand that their enemy can also invite a great power and try to do the same. And what happens then? Generation after generation same thing, war.
