Infantry/Militia defending neutrals

Infantry only defend neutral areas with over 700 income and player countries. True fact.

Also, I'm pretty sure in game-start terms this is about 6300 credit to buy the country [which has infantry defending it]. Mirite?

Neutral countries only need 500 or over income to be defended by infantry.

This post is like 12 years old, I'm not sure if it was different back then or if I just was unaware of the actual cutoff.

It's been 500 income (+100 full country bonus) for a while
