I guss that admin shouldnt allow low rank posting or sending PM like making it for rank 3 and up to be able to post in forums or sending PMs

I also got this and I actually replied with "..." thinking this us obv scam, but then I got a reply telling that I should click an ad on a YouTube video to help them. So I did, whatever xD we'll see if something happens :p
