Where do i report a player wf ed me the first turn?

So i was playing a duel with Nico bel. He is a rank 6 player and i am just rank 4. He wf ed me the first turn. And i had to abandon. How to report him?

I am sorry, but there is nothing in the official AtWar rules that say you cannot wf first turn. The only thing you can really do is enemy list him, ban him from your games, and avoid playing with him in the future.

If it was on a custom map, report to mapmaker.

Actions you may take:
WF was on a custom map/scenario: report to map-maker with evidence (screen-shots) so player will, eventualy, be banned from maps/scenarios of this specific map-maker.
Use ban-list feature and ban player from games you host.
Enemy-list player so you won't forget/forgive him.
