Turkey spams 156 units turn 2. Caps Ukraine turn 3. How?

In an Eu+ game(no extra cities), I was Ukraine and the enemy was Turkey (not a 1vs1 but the rest don't matter), in turn 3, Turkey had somehow spammed 48 units to take my capital, had another 24 units in Czech Republic, and 47 units in Italy as well as 23 units in Bulgaria. This was just the countries with the greatest concentrations, but there were more scattered everywhere. The Czech Republic was isolated from his territory, he just captured it to push me out of it, and later Germany, both of which I had conquered along with full Finland, RNW, Russia South, full Russia Central, Poland, Sweden and Belarus. He had the Balkans. Of Italy and Greece, he had only the capitals. He'd wasted reinfs taking Cyprus. So my question is simple: How? How did he get so many reinfs in just turn 3. Obviously he was using the Imperialist strat (not GW), but where how he even get the option to build that many units? Turkey offers 39 reinfs, Athens and Rome, 8-16 each, Balkans about 40 more... I'd maxed out Czech reinfs. He had about 156 units to my 85...Needless to say, I lost the game. In case you're wondering, my strat was DS.

15k-25k(i think). Definitely more than 10k but less than 25k.

Forgot to add this, but you're still limited by the amount of reinfs actually available to be built...

Nope. He used a mix of militia, Infantry, tanks, and a fuckload of air transports. He didn't even wall his cap properly and nothing besides that. Clearly he likes rushes. Great. Not a problem. What is a problem is the massive amount of units he churned out. I was DS so a bonus against Infantry. I attacked with every unit with range which was about 56 and maxed out all reinfs to get my cap back. He just reinforced same turn and left me with literally no available units bar militia. He had impressive attack/defence and I'd think he used PD or GC instead of Imp except for the shitload of air transports and that he was not premium...

Sorry I have no lightshot. I've been meaning to install it, but I have no Apple Store account (no credit card) and can't find a decent, non-troll site to download it from (for mac).
And yes it's strange. Especially as it was a no extra cities map.

I've already attempted from there. It has a link to the Apple Store, which demands an Apple ID which in turn wants credit card info and doesn't let you make an account without it

Yeah. I played a lot of solo games to figure it out. Without the range or cheaper units (Infantry and transports) upgrades it's pretty tough though.

I don't get what you mean.
Anyways I have neither a ss, nor the General: Rally the Troops upgrade since I'm saving up for Infantry upgrades.

Look I just offered a solution to the difference in your unit counts. It differed by only 1 so it's probably correct, or at least very plausible. Evidently you don't believe me because I'm rank 5 and I'm 'bored' and 'farming post count'....

Why would anyone want to farm posts?? It'd make more sense farming upvotes.
