Suggestions for map improvement

Suggestions:

Cities
I think that more cities must be added to the World Map. Small nations like Estonia, Latvia, Georgia need at least a second city. Great examples of cities that could be used are: Daugavpils (Latvia), Tartu (Estonia) and Batumi (Georgia). I'm also quite annoyed that nations like Montenegro and Macedonia can't be played because they don't have a capital city, I'm quite aware that these 2 countries are small but at least one capital city is all I ask so that they could be captured and played as, I don't think it's quite fair if a person from Montenegro plays this game and they can't select their home country.

States of America
It would be quite fun to play as a state from the United States of America. Just imagine being able to play as Texas or Oregon or even Alaska. Instead of splitting them up into USA: Pacific or USA: Northeast. In my opinion those names are just uncreative and why wouldn't you have the states?

Macedonia and bosnia have capitals, but you need to enable extra cities for them exsist In the pregame options. As for adding cities there are plenty of custom maps with the cities yoi suggested. The world map is used for competitive play and we must not allow balance to be broken.
