Give units and territories?

Is it possible to give my units to another player?

No. It's only possible to send money to other players.

You can let your allies take your territory though. If you empty all of your units out of a city, your ally can then move their units into the city and take it from you.

this may also lead to backstabbing, so best keep 1 militia in every city to prevent it.
