2nd tier duel and clan war league

Following a suggestion from a player,I would like to propose a separate clan war and duel league for ranks 0-7,to help encourage low ranks into competitive play without a massive skill gap. Alts of course (where possible) are removed.

However for the clan league, what would be the requirements of that league, seeing as all ranks can join any coalition. Will it be based on average rank or elo or something like that?

Clan war league for lower ranks would be excellent. It would be like a youth team in sports. The youths can play in the bigger leagues while still participating in their own league.

would 0-7 still be allowed to play in the other cws? Like right now we have a r6 who could play cws for us

You will have huge gap skill in between rank 8 and rank 9,I am afraid that gap will be huge like in between rank 12-rper and rank 9-competitive player.
It's like making schools easier,yeah it sounds good that kid will have to learn less,but bad thing is that they will be poorly educated,and you will drag down smart ones/skilled

It's a way for them to cw more. If it works the way I see it they can still cw in normal cws.

Sounds great, but I hardly believe that cw league will last and have that much participants.

Sounds good on paper but I don't think it would be practical. It's not necessary or quite essential to open a new room for low ranks at the moment when most of them as we can see today are not interested in the competitive aspect of the game. In any case I think it would be very effective when the amount of new players will be higher until then I think it would be useless if it's implemented.

I was saying to my brother a couple weeks before the new upgrades came, there wasn't much point in visiting the Idea's and suggestions forum,
I'm really glad that changed.
