When do you get banned for your name?

Mods gonna ban me soon? i have had "at least 3 offensive names" (names that make many people butt hurt) and the mods haven't even noticed or cared

Better yet, use a combination of the this with your current name, then mods will care. I speak from experience.

Racism, personal insults etc.
