Cannot Buy Premium :(

So i wanted to buy Premium today, but it says i can only pay using paypal or protocoins, so i don't have paypal so i decided to use protocoins, so i went to buy some protocoins to get a monthly subscription. I cannot buy protocoins using any of the payment services displayed, i noticed mobile phone payment so i clicked on that. I am Czech so it automatically put in my mobile phone prefix +420. Then it wanted some kind of REB currency into Protocoins, what the heck is REB? If you need my currency name, it is called 'CZK' (Czech Koruna). Please help me i really want Premium.

Well recently there was a big glitch where premium features did not run, so I'm assuming they've taken down premium purchasing so they can fix this and will probably be available soon once more. Sorry for the inconvenience if that is the case bro.
