Creating Games in the Beginners Lobby

I have identified a glitch that allows players that are over level 3 to create and play games in the beginner lobby.

First off, allow me to clarify that I am level 5 (at this time).

The glitch is performed by:
1. Going to "Open Games"
2. Clicking on beginners.
3. Clicking "Create Game"
4. It should appear in beginners.

This bug has been tested with a friend.

It's not possible to click on Maps when you're in the beginners lobby and > Rank 3.

It seems to work for me, while I'm spectating the beginners lobby I simply click on Maps. My friend confirmed that a game was created in the beginner lobby.
