Moderation action question: Muted on two channels?

Shouldn't I be notified if I was muted?
Idk if this is the place for that question or not, so if anyone would be wiling to correct me.

I don't mind the mute at all ofc- I think I deserved it. But I need to know for how long, etc.

When you get muted, you do get a notification like "You have been muted for X minutes". Private chat rarely gets muted, so if you are not sure about the time left, you can just ask one of the mods that is online. They can check the time that is remaining on your mute.

Maybe you turned of the system chat?

When I get muted It never tells you how long :/ And yes system chat is on.

When I get muted (mostly by VRIL) it always says you are muted for 1500 minutes D:
