Duping?

Hi there, while playing the Fallout map for N.America, some numpty duped several units to take my capital, after being a little *Beep* and backstabbing me. While backstabbing is bad, he not only duped it seems (It was a event he claimed, while I've only seen events happen in that scenario near your own capital/starting area) I also lost after ONLY one turn of him having my cap.

His name was Jefferyjack or jefferyjames or something along this lines. My game crashed before I could printscreen however

Edit: Jeffreyank is his name.
