Tillwill's UN Game Rules and banned players.

Rules:
1) No attacking without un permission.
2) No nuking
3) UNs must be rank 5+
4) No letting a banned player play.
5) No wallblocking first turn
6) No bribes to UN
7) No troops in another persons land
8) (UNs) No accepting uneven wars (wars must be 1v1 or 2v2 unless its a big country (like china) against a small country (like Israel) allies may only help in defence and money
9) No wars for real life reasons
10) No blocking international waters
Rule 11) No attacking an afk player (player must specify to un that they will be gone)
Rule 12) Oil in sea is always ffa
Oil on land belongs to that country it is in
Rule 13) Neutral countries at start are ffa.
