If the player rebuilding his walls - ie taking units from wall and putting them in city and then rebuilds wall. If i attack him with 1 move, and he wins the 50/50 draw his walls will get rebuilt and my attack will not go through, tested with pera just 2 mins ago. Also tested using 2 attacks, this time both attacks went through and wall broke. but he still had 3 units outside his base very easy to test. player build wall, end turn. next turn, player take units into city, and rebuilds walls, other player, make 3 moves with any units then try attack with bombers, end turn. Bombers attack does not even go through.

We are aware that it is still possible to build the unbreakable wall in the scenario you used to test this. We have explored several ideas to remedy the situation, but many of them were not compatible with the core game engine or downright game breaking. As a work around, units now have a radius around them where an enemy wall is not buildable. At least this way, if the attacker breaking an unbreakable wall has any units left over after breaking the wall, the wall will not be rebuilt.
This is the intended result. He can still move his units in and out of the city, but his wall will not rebuild if there are enemy units nearby. From this modification we do realize that there will be the need for players to adapt their playing styles and learn the advantages and disadvantages of this new feature.
