RESOLVED: Rare units stalling

When a new round starts and a pop up window appears, stating a new rare unit has been found.
Then as soon as I click on the city location and select the new units from the city to move it… Bla bla bla bla just watch the video..

I always close first, remember the cities name and go to the citie, this has never happened to me.

Changed it to center the map on the city, instead of opening the city menu (I forgot that you're not supposed to open the city menu until you actually started the turn).
EDIT: By the way, I wish everyone would make a bug report with a video, really nice
