In the other hand I'm so awesome so it's balanced.

I suggest changing the rule where the aggressor can only declare war after 10 turns i find 20 turns is too long.

Theterriosts need to be redone as there is no good reason to attack the terror city add a terriost faction that un cant attack but nations can if they r attacked firat. and allow nations the option of supporting terriosts but it would be a reason of war
