Should a mod not be a role model?

The following situation:

Casual Game:
the host is a mod and a Level 10, what means he has sufficient experience with start the game!
But he is the only one who buys troops and attacks other countrys in turn 1 (Because he start the game with round 0) and so he has a huge advantage, because all the other players cannot do that, they all start building troops at the earliest in turn 1, all what they can do is moving infs or militia.

I know that Atwar the permits, but should be a mod does not know better?

Where is "Fairplay" here, i think a mod should be a role model?

And that happens not only in one game, it happens at least in 2 of my games!
This mod is also in a coalition, i can understand if this happens a player with a lower rank like 5 or 6 but not a Level 10 expert!
But I lack the understanding or is it only for victories no matter how?

Please let take greater care who you are doing to a mod for the community!

...So Here my tip for fair playing:

What i do when i host most game is that i make sure i join by myself and dont let any other players in-

then i leave the game after choosing my country, but i dont build anything-that way it keeps it fair-

some other hosts do this aswell. This tip is from "Apeman" an alsoluter fair "Sportsman".

Mods are hardly role models. In fact, the one who may or not have posted in this thread is a leaver/rage quitter.

how do you link a problem that is inherented in the game mechanics to his position? he is not the first or last one (mod or not) to do it until it is fixed. until then deal with it
