And these kind of posts assist in helping the issue...how exactly? If you want to help to nullify the problem, you could always invest in premium or protocoins.

I already bought a premium account in another account which atwar's staff didn't even bother to reply to my message about it 2 months ago.

I had an account a long time ago, and i quit for a while.
When i came back my account disappeared from the game, i couldnt log/find it in the player list.
I tried contacting the staff via website a month ago but no luck with that.

And what's your original account name?

I had an account a long time ago, and i quit for a while.
When i came back my account disappeared from the game, i couldnt log/find it in the player list.
I tried contacting the staff via website a month ago but no luck with that.

I was part of the staff two months ago when you say you filed the report, but I never saw any report from you about such a thing.You say via website...does that meant you sent a private message to an administrator on the website? Because the proper way would be to file a report to the moderators via the report function which should have been stored in the system if it was sent. Also, if the account is missing and you know the name, the moderators will have no problem locating the account or if you forgot the name but are using a similar computer or IP address from which you accessed the other account, then the account may also be traced back by a moderator from the account you are on now.

Either way, as I said, I never saw a report filed from yourself or anyone else claiming such a thing, but I went ahead and filed a report to let the moderators know of your issue. They should hopefully get back to you with some form of clarification or solution in a quick and effective manner.

His currently stats don't match any other account, so it will be really hard to do anything without the account name.

Then, nothing you can do about it. The servers may not have fixed the IPs of older accounts once the IPs were fixed after Amok installed that DDoS prevention considering the older account was never logged into after the incident. That could have something to do with it. Either way, nothing can be done then. But thanks for replying to the thread so he at least knows it was looked into!

Sorry, but as Syphilis already said, there's nothing we (mods) can do about it at the moment. Maybe if you remember your old nickname (a screenshot of you playing, for example) we could then recover it.

As for the original topic, I'm pretty sure the devs will fix it as soon as possible. For now we have to be patient.
