Because the Jews have been there for thousands of years, and have successfully defended it after being given their own state, compared to the natives being crushed by the United States and Germany failing to defend East Prussia

First of all the Jews never left, they've always been there, and second, the country that conquered Israel, Great Britain decided to give it to the Jews to form the Jewish state, it was up to the Brits to decide what to do with it and they made their decision

So why not compromise using the law, morals and civilization, to pursue best interest of both parties?

1. Germans can return to Kalinigrad Oblast, region and restore previous names (Prussia), German language is established as official and second to Russian, all signs on buildings, roads and traffic must be on Russian, German and English as international language.

2. Native Americans get American citizenship, ID cards, state support as healthcare, education and welfare, but they have to go through Selective Service System, they also get property rights and civil rights along human rights like every citizen of US and inhabitant of Planet Earth, and they get autonomy or state to administrate themselves like other 50 states of the US, like Russia have 20 republics and 4 autonomous regions.

I wouldn't be opposed to any of that, except Natives getting autonomy

Native Americans no longer are forced to live on reservations and have full citizenship, in fact if your native you get education grants that no one else can acquire. Natives are not being oppressed anymore and can choose whether to live on the land we granted them or in any state or city in the United states. As for autonomy, each tribe is to small to be granted autonomy (less then 10k, 10k being the largest), and the nation is so big each tribe has its own identity so it would be impossible to group them all up in a state as you say. Seeing as they are united states citizens with full rights, and can live where they want, what is the issue here? None of them want to lose there state benefits anyways.

By your logic, world would end like in 1984. Strong big nations will absorb smaller ones and constantly fight each other, and because they will not be able to defeat anyone because of their size, tech and numbers, war will be perpetual. Very bright future.

If not for England, the latest conqueror deciding to give it back to the Jews I would agree with you, but that's what happened, and since then they have defended it against their barbaric neighbors time and time again
