Is this scrapped now, or are the admins still planning on making "some minimal AI for neutrals"? Having the neutrals do something other than sitting there and getting killed would be a truly monumental addition to this game, or so I think.

I suggeste a new tutorial that uses A.I for better learning experience: http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=16055 But as you can see, even Amok saw (and ignored) my suggestion. Probably because (as Ivan say) it does not wort it for tutorial only.... But I also suggested "missions", yet it got ignored too.

AI in general is hard to do. Even a simple Chess AI that plays at your average 10-year old's ability takes a competent programmer several hours. Now, AtWar is a relatively simple game for us people, but for a computer that needs to use Pythagoras to simply determine what's close and what's far, it really isn't simple. Which is why I want to know whether the admins plan on investing the time and resources necessary into this sort of thing.
