Year? I suppose this takes place at some point between 1803 and 1805, though the impressively large number of historical inaccuracies almost makes the question irrelevant.

Ottoman Romania, Austrian Bosnia and Ottoman Ukraine? LOL'd hard. Also ROFL-worthy is how Denmark-Norway (which was a major participant, gee bro) is not united and how the Baltic is independent. Oh yeah, and Switzerland was taken by Revolutionary France in 1798.

I think the number of players could be reduced as a whole. Having Portugal as a separate power is probably not the best of moves, just give it to the UK. British forces landed in Lisbon in August 1808, so they were there for pretty much the whole of the Peninsular War.

So my suggestions are the following: Poland should be renamed to Prussia, Germany with a nerfed income should be given to Prussia (or Austria if you want to be more historically accurate), Belgium should be renamed (name didn't even exist yet), Switzerland should be given to France. In fact, you need to rename a lot of things. Because you haven't renamed anything at all, as it seems. Also, France obviously needs to be bumped up a lot, especially on the coast to prevent a British attack and near the border with Spain.

Anyway, this is a prototype so I won't comment further till you update your scenario a bit, because it's obviously far from completion.

There are no teams , so i made it not what in the history happaned , but the situation that was in that time,. so people can make alliances how they want ( its more funny this way , i think, because players can take the role of nations and use as they think best). i tryed to make it ballanced.

Its a mess.
Its a total annihilation, and there are a lot of units that i putted , it take a lot of times and there can be taken a lot of SP

i think that if very good players play it , it would be an interesting game. (i think). XD

Russia should hold Ukraine, they basically ruled it although officially it might have been under the rule of the Ottomans. France took control of Spain, Croatia and Slovenia at the same time as Italy and the Netherlands. Germany should be independent, Denmark should be with Norway and Sweden should be independent with control of Finland. You should also include the Mediterranean coast. Prussia should hold Poland, although with this map it will be hard to portray. I'd give them Belarus and Lithuania too, and bump their incomes. Portugal might as well have been under English rule, and there was still significant conflict in Sicily and Naples. The ottomans also ruled Cyprus.
