How is this possible?

I had 7 bombers and 10 tanks, playing the Lucky Bastard strategy. By the numbers my force way out ranked the enemy. So how could I possibly lose 100% while my opponent loses 0? I don't understand this.

Whatever that unit is second from the bottom, i think the defense/hp of it must be crazy high. If not then it's a bug, it's very uncommon but not impossible that it happens.

Sure that unit second from the bottom isn't a broken missile or nuke? i've had a missile/ nuke take out like 30 tanks once.

Ignore my previous post. I was on my phone when I saw the thread for the first time. I read the title and briefly looked at the first post and skipped sid's. But now I see the second unit from the bottom

Lucky crits during the battle scene I'm supposing, I see you saw the battle overview but did you see if his units were getting tons of crits off? If it's not crit then yeah that second unit to bottom has some crazy high defense or probably high HP

The rare unit looks weird, I definitely haven't seen it so far. It's also not listed here. Only coastal battery has high enough HP to beat that.
