Account Deletion

Is the a way you can ask for someone else's account to be deleted with the very specific purpose of getting their name? This is a very specific situation. I'd like to change my name to Angel yet the person who currently owns that name hasn't played a single game, or logged on in 950+ days. So is there a way that could happen or just no? I figured that 99% of the time it would be a no but with the age of that account it may be possible. So i figured i figured asking wouldn't hurt anything.

Write the admins (scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'write us something' in the left hadn corner). Probably you can make a deal with them.
