No dueling network is a free thing, all the actions are done manually such as deducting life points ect, personally I think something like devpro or ygopro (free downloads) are better but since dueling network doesn't require any download I guess it's understandable as to why use it btw sign me up, i'll have a deck made by tourney start, we doing this as matches?, (best of 3 with being able to side deck) or singles? and are we allowed to use more then just 1 type of deck throughout the tourney?

We can do best of 3 since these games don't take long to begin with. I suppose more than one type of deck is allowed throughout the tourny.

Since most of the players that are going to participate probably haven't played since the first gen of Yu-Gi-Oh, I was thinking of having all matches be played in the traditional format. I doubt anybody except for a few of us know the advantages of the traditional format. Plus it allows everybody to use a lot of the first gen cards that are now banned. If you feel like you'd have an unfair advantage in the traditional format, you can always make your deck to abide by the ban list. For the record, I will be abiding by the current TCG banlist unless I decide to play a deck specifically based off the character deck's such as Yugi or Kaiba.

traditional = banned cards are classified as limited instead of banned, meaning your allowed to use banned cards but only 1 of each banned card, for example monster reborn is banned but your allowed to have 1 in your deck in traditional

If you guys need help making a deck: Log in Click Play Click Deck constructor Search for cards you want using the search toolbar Drag the cards you want onto the blue panels. Also, dueling network has a nifty little button perfect for taking SS of wins. It's the camera in the top right corner. Just click it and it will make a SS of the page. http://i.imgur.com/wSGxb3X.png

Lets try to get a game going next time you're online. I also suggest that everybody that signed up should do a few practice games just to get a feel for the buttons and an understanding of what to click to play the game. That way your matches can move along efficently. If you have any questions of what certain buttons do/are for, feel free to PM me so we can set up a practice game.
