Not able to load add Silverlight Plug-in

What i must do to fix this problem?This happends only to me?Pls help me.

I'm not experiencing problems with Silverlight right now, but definitely in the past. Open Microsoft Silverlight in windows-mode and check for updates (if it does not do it automatically), empty the saved space. In browser empty cache (clear recent history > all). Restart browser.

It works fine for me. Maybe its because America > Albania
