i never understood slovenia, it's like serbia or they are italian?

It was almost superpower as part of Yugoslavia, with first class universities, faculties, infrastructure, economy, military. Now it is corrupted banana republic.

It was a weak communist country before, now its a rising regional power.
Croatian economy is second in Balkans (only Slovenia higher but Slovenia irrelevant by default) and army is in top 5 (debatable in which place), GFP says 3rd so ill go with that.

And dont mind Tito, he did take his meds yet.

Ive been to Croatia and i can say its like going to Germany or France , everythings clean , roads are new , you cant even get lost even if you want , traffic is great

last time i checked only slovenia had higher GDP per capita

Hahaha i really want to see sources for that picture pavle, 2.60% GDP growth for serbia? last time i checked it was declining for 0.5%

I checked out the page, this is what i found:

It says serbia has GDP of 45 billion, however i checked that info on few other pages and it clearly shows their GDP is 36 billion.
Seeing the page is not so accurate i did the same for croatian GDP for which it sais it was 57 billion, however other pages clearly say it is 59.7 billion.

Another mistake on the page is population,for serbia it said 7.16 million but other pages show numbers to be almoast 7.3 million,for croatia same problem,it says population is 4.2 while its actually 4.26 (ifs 60 000 difference)


Also they list antartica as a country...................next

that site is bullshit i have checked GDP growth rate 6.10% in georgia... which is bullshit because our economy has fallen for 25% last year and it's probably still failling and 16 billion money ? we have 400 million... that site is inaccurate as tito's numbers.

but you do realize, that a higher gdp per capita means, all your numbers are wrong, right? for example, it means that croatia almost has twice as much industry than serbia lol.

and you cant forsee the future, serbias economy might crumble, croatias economy could rise or the opposite, the growth rate is going to be about the same for the next...lets say, 5 years, wich is nothing for a nation

Croatia suffered over 37 billion $ of damage in the 90s independance war, Serbia suffered 3.8 billion (max estimate) damage in 1999 bombings.

Also nuclear bombs?

I don't understand why you compare Croatia to Serbia, makes no sense. Serbia is better to compare to Greece or Bulgaria because of history. There is no history between Croatia and Serbia.

But since you started it and posted so many false informations, i should post truth to enlight you: Croatian economy is twice stronger than Serbian because Austrian Empire allowed them to trade and do business while Serbia was occupied by Turkish Empire and couldn't work as Turks take them all they produce. Then in Yugoslavia, Croatian fascists in the skin of communists transfered all Serbian companies to Croatia and Slovenia thus developing themselves while backwarding Serbia who created those companies after liberation from Turkish Empire. Companies like Kosmay(Kosmaj) which built radio devices (second in Europe) was given to Slovenia, while cable factory was moved to Zagrev (they earned billions), weapon factory from Kragujevac was moved partly to Croatia (Djuro Djakovic) and part to turkish part of Bosnia in Sarajevo, Serbian aviation companies are also moved to turkish part of Bosnia.

Then Serbia became even more backwarded in the 90's when Croatia exchanged all Yugoslav money with dollars and marks on the order of America minutes after Serbia was sanctioned, so they lost billions, inflation was created and people who worked 40 years lost their saving, becoming poor like they never worked in their life. Then America invaded Serbia after 5 years sanctions and Albanian insurrection which made Serbia tired. They lost, but ruined bridges, roads, infrastructure, hospitals, schools pushing Serbia even more into stone age, without electricity, clean water, heat, energy, food. All that in the modern era in the middle of prosperous Europe.

For that time Croatia recieved investment and funding from EU, Germany and America, updating infrastructure, roads, transportation, ports, financial system, banks and tourism. While Serbian ally Russia is still poor and cannot fund before rebuilding itself. Point is that Russia is natural ally of Serbia, since obviously they are brotherly nations (Serbia = Siberia, basically both are Russians), so if Russia grow richer and stronger they will fund Serbia and rebuild it, and even China might interfere just for fun because until then they will accumulate enormous wealth and will challenge America and its allies (Croatia). They didn't forget that Americans bombed Chinese embassy in Serbia during invasion. While Croatia doesn't have natural ally, they stick to Germany and EU, but that is only interest, nothing more. They wont help Croatia if Serbia or Russia or any other country or group invade or try to harm Croatia. Especially if Russia is behind. Not to mention debt West's choking on and immigration problem they have combined with collapse of financial system and unemployment. They wont have strength and money to fund Croatia on the long run.

Croatia and Serbia just have to sit and wait for Great Powers, as there is no other option, Great Powers became very strong and only they can decide everyones future.

Slovenia SHOULD be Italian...
