[OPEN] Map breaks when Saving

Expected behavior
When I clone my map, change a city from extra to non-extra and save the cloned map, I expect it to save properly.

Actual behavior
When I clone my map then save the cloned map, an error is thrown and the map is stuck at "Preparing Country Borders"

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Clone a map, save the clone.

Information:
Browser: Google Chrome

Browser version: Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

OS: Windows 10 Home

Any other relevant information: This happened after I cloned "1949 RP v0.2", which is currently unpublished

I tried clearing my cookies then trying to clone the map again. The exact same thing happened to me. I still have not been able to clone the map.

I second this, I cannot make a map at all. I get this exact bug

3 months and still no word.

Try it again, cloning works for me, I was able to clone over my hundred years war map and replace the background and produce a working map

It still does not work.

Perhaps there was something that produced a bug on the map, was there any irregularity or glitch you had prior to trying to clone?

No. It is literally a copy of the world map with German borders changed a tad. I suppose I can try cloning a different map.

UPDATE
Cloning a different map worked just fine. It seems like it is that map in particular that simply cannot be cloned. I would like to not have to do that same border change again, but it might just be dead.
