I think it's proximity to the city makes it a rewall as you couldn't count that as being a big wall but technically I guess it isn't a rewall since it's different to the old one

He has done same thing in CW today, yet he affirms it is not rewalling. Glad that his own mates take note of that.

So, if I constantly change the number of units which compone the wall, is it not a rewall? That is very unlogical thought. It is of course a rewall, and nothing of the stuff you are saying will make it have sense otherwise.
