Map making GIF guide

It would be great if we had some gif guides on map making. Or at least an improved and more comprehensive general guide on mapmaking. Following aspects should be covered:

-draw a shape
-select a shape
-move a shape
-copy/paste a shape
-edit a shape
-add/remove points

-add rivers
-add lakes
-no go area

so all the map editing basics. Some users who want to do custom maps dont have much background knowlegde in CAD so im sure this would be appreciated and very helpful.

Compression is the key, you can also split the different steps of creating lakes for example into seperate gifs.

the problem with videos is they load even slower and take more time to watch them especially if you only want to know one aspect.
